You can place your order online 24 hours a day, and send emails to Info@shopsilkquilt.com, Our friendly staff will be happy to help with any information you require about our products during normal office hours.
Tracking Your Order
All our deliveries are undertaken by Parcelforce free of charge and we will inform you how to track your order with the tracking number provided by us.
What if I am not in on the delivery day?
A signature will be required on delivery. If you are unable to receive the goods our drivers will try a neighbour and leave you a contact card to rearrange delivery. The goods will be held at a local depot. If you are not available at the second chosen delivery date, you may need to pick up the order by yourself.
Refund
Several conditions must be met before shopsilkquilt.com refund an item.
1:We only allow a complete refund for items that have problems caused by Heaven Story Store.
2:If the returning package doesn't include all the accessories and parts it was shipped with, the cost of the accessories and parts will be deducted from the total product price and can only warrant a partial refund.
3:If, by any reason, you need to change the size, colour, the delivery cost will be deducted from the total product price.
